Our conversation centered on my journey through womanhood, my life as a professional woman, my duty as a mother and my passion as a creative who runs her own business. Listening to, learning from and sharing my experiences with the women of Barbados continues to show how much women have in common and the strength of collaboration and partnership. As the Chief Operating Officer of the Law Office of Edward W. Neufville III, I work with a women led staff and feel it is my duty to lift women up in every way I can.

Along with enjoying the beautiful and uplifting Barbados, I had the pleasure of meeting with the President of the Barbados Association of Retired Persons (BARP), Ms. Marilyn Rice-Bowen, a dynamic and forward thinking woman leader in Barbados. It is with great appreciation and gratitude to Ms. Bowen-Rice for setting up this interview. I look forward to working with Ms. Bowen-Rice and BARP on new and exciting lifestyle segments.
