Ready for Spring?

Spring is on its way we promise…well we hope…anyway we’re not waiting anymore and we are going full force.  Its been almost 6 months in our new location in Kensington, Maryland and we are pumped. Its been a great 6 months and we are grateful and thankful to all the friends who have come to check us out-we’ll never forget BONIFANT St.  We especially love the shout out’s on twitter from our fellow retailers in Silver Spring and Takoma Park..much love much love.  Have you seen the new shop? Here’s the inside…

We’re doing a lot of cool things in the shop and are excited about our ability to expand the products that we carry and do more and more workshops. The idea behind the store is really a DIY shop…a do it yourself shop plus all of what you have come to expect from On the Purple Couch and Bahia. Annie Sloan products are here in full effect and we have expanded all the paints and our stock..so we are full and ready to rock.  We have great pieces of furniture some painted and some not for you to take home and enjoy…..

Interested in learning how to use Annie Sloan awesome paint? And no we are not teaching you how to “paint”..we are teaching you to get the full use out of this decorative paint.  April schedule is out and we look forward to seeing some new faces in class or in the shop.  We’ve justed added to our classes a full day session with you learning and finishing a pieace…Ok true talk here..I was a little worried that the class would be too long and we wouldn’t make it..not true..ITS been GREAT..you learn 5 techniques and get to complete a pre-approved furniture piece all in class and all under my watchful “eye”-lol…
